Business Meetings

Everyone — newcomers, members, and officers — are welcome to attend the Shire’s business meetings.

At the business meetings, we discuss and plan new events, elect officers, and share reports on the activities on the Shire. We often meet at a local restaurant afterwards.

When: The first Thursday of the month. Meetings usually start at 7. Communications (changes or cancellations) will be announced via the Hartshorn-Dale mailing list and on the Facebook page.

Where: Most meetings are currently held virtually on Google Meetup. In-person meetings (held approximately four times a year) are usually at the Montgomery County 4H Site at 1015 Bridge Road, Collegeville, PA 19426.
